                        Nursing Home Administrator 


        Duties and Responsibilities: The duties and responsibilities of a Nursing Home Administrator is they're Nursing home administration is a specialized area of medical and health services management. Nursing home administrators work to supervise clinical and administrative affairs of nursing homes and related facilities. Typical duties of nursing home administrators include overseeing staff and personnel, financial matters, medical care, medical supplies, facilities, and other duties as specific positions demand.
    
     Salary:The salary of a Nursing Home Administrator is about $90,000-$100,000 a year.

   Education:In order to become a Nursing Health Administrator is you need to have a Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare administration and  masters in long term care administration. 
Reflection: I would not to become a Nursing Home Administrator because I'm not interested of what they do like take care of seniors, take them a bath, change their adult diaper, and other things a senior needs in their day. Their salary is good, but I'm not interested of their tasks and responsibilities.
